Each question targets different skills and areas of life, but all the questions have one primary purpose: to get you discussing the important fundamentals of an emotionally balanced, mindful and compassionate way of living.

Mindfulness is our innate ability to return to our inner knowing. However, it's easy to forget that when we're rushed and reactive. Chances are that even though you have a meditation practice, when you're in the middle of a busy day, you forget to be mindful or even know what it means to be mindful.

Based on Dr. Bahl's award winning research and her work with thousands of people around the world, this deck was created using human-centered design to systematically and playfully foster 8 mindful habits to see clearly and act intentionally through out your day.

Practice and play with the 8 mindful habits in your day to make choices that are personally and collectively fulfill.

Like a mindful friend, we hope this deck is always there for you. There are many ways to enjoy this deck on your own, with a partner, or with a group:

1. Go through the entire deck, picking one card each day and using it as a reminder to practice and play through out your day

and/or

2. Pick a card from a mindful habit you feel you need most in that moment and let it guide you to return to your place of inner knowing

and/or

3. Pick a random card and trust that that's the mindful habit you most need in that moment to see clearly and act intentionally
