The StoryShift Triggers Card Deck is part of the StoryShift process that teaches emotional self-healing tools and techniques. The StoryShift Triggers card deck helps identify the underlying emotions for any trigger.

Each card has an open-ended trigger statement or question. Example: “I feel guilty when_____.”

They are simple to use.

Pick a card. What is the first thought, memory, or story that comes to mind? What's the primary emotion evoked by that thought, memory, or story? It may or may not match the prompt on the card because the prompts are designed to help you see your old triggers from a new perspective.
