I was born during WW2 in Marin County, California. I spent my childhood in the hills under Old Oak trees with a creek running through. My friends were the crow, snakes,lizards and frogs, with the deer and all the other fur beings. This had a magical influence on my life. Human beings were a lot more challenging! My imagination was the dominate factor and i didn’t fit in because of my sensitivity. I wanted to understand the meaning of the life, and my purpose. I finally have found that in the spiritual community. My gift is a passion to create whatever I imagine. I am a painter, clothing and fabrics designer, photographer, jewelry designer, home decorator, I could go on and on. Now, almost 80, I have a passion for digital art using procreate on my iPad-pro. I have used my paintings, my photography and along with using the paintings of the pre-rafealite artists of the 1860’s I have found my niche. It combines the spiritual, with the beauty I see in everything. It has taken three years for me to finish this journey of emotion and vision in the channeling from my guardian angels. I am now creating more decks and I’m in the planning and working on a tarot deck. The ideas come so easily now. I want you to know that all the love and passion and spirit that I have inside of me has gone into the creations of these cards. Their vibration is very high and I hope that you will connect with the gift from my soul that I am offering you. Growing up in Germany I felt invisible most of my childhood as the shy kid who didn’t really socialize a lot with others. I would rarely speak up, raise my hand in class.
I had these weird butterflies in my stomach anytime a teacher was going to ask a question and pick a student from the class. I was the guy who sat next to you in math and years later you completely forgot about.
But I craved connection.
Being an only child I needed to put myself out there, so I took the scary step and joined sports clubs, summer camps and even politics. I would now say that some of my biggest lessons and growth growing up was from joining these communities.
I felt I had it figured out until… I moved to Canada in 2008.
Again I knew nobody, I wasn’t fluent in the language and although all Canadians I met were super friendly on the surface, but it was hard to make deep relationships.
It took me 8 years to finally find a new community where I felt like home. Loving, supportive, encouraging, everyone motivated to growth and learning.
They became my chosen soul family – my PEOPLE.

After a 20 year career as a surgeon and specialist in Women’s Health, I made the decision to retire so that I could pursue more activities that bring me joy. These include meditative art, random acts of kindness, caring for pets while their owners are away, and uplifting others however I can.

I didn’t grow up learning how to manage conflict effectively. By the time I started my law career as a young adult, I had two ways of dealing with it. If I could convince myself it wasn’t important enough to address, or if I didn’t have the time or energy to get into it, I’d avoid it. If it was something really important to me, I’d confront, argue and try to convince the other person I was right. Neither was a good strategy for healthy relationships. In fact, some relationships and jobs ended as a result, often because I walked away rather than trying to resolve the conflict. When I had the opportunity to take negotiation and mediation training as a young lawyer, everything changed. While the focus of the training was using the skills professionally to support others, I also began using them to address situations I wasn’t happy with at work and in my personal life. I noticed that all of those relationships changed. Communication was easier, working together was more effective and satisfying, I was calmer, and for the most part, I found the majority of conflict was prevented. When conflict did come up, I was less stressed about it because I felt confident I had the skills to get us to a place of mutual understanding.

We first met ‘The Flying Seagulls Project’ in 2013 at the Green Man festival. I spent most of my time with the kids being entertained by this fantastically animated group of people who made a real impact on me and my children.

In the beginning...
Fast forward to 2018, we already knew I had primary breast cancer, and were drawn to the Wilderness Festival because we knew the Flying Seagulls would be there.
At a time when things were tough for us, these amazing performers pulled us into a carefree world of laughs and silliness. At the end of the festival, I thanked Bash and the team, and said for that short time, my kids had forgotten their Mum had Cancer - and that was important.
Carpe Diem...
When we were given the devastating news on the 16th August 2018 that my cancer was now secondary, Our reaction as a family was to run into the sea, seizing the moment, and this was the beginning of Random Acts of Nonsense, because for those few moments while you are creating and sharing, you can be momentarily carefree.

Our Random Acts of Nonsense quickly became a WhatsApp group between friends recording funny moments of silliness, then followed a series of family events, before a performance at Brighton Fringe, and now a deck of cards!

I love these medieval pictures. I decided to feature them on my astrology and tarot sites. I'm actually an accountant by day and an astrologer/tarot creator by night. I typically don't use my full name because a lot of my accounting clients, tax clients, are not cool with this other side of me. But it's real. It exists. I have found that the more stress you give me, the more I tend to escape into this esoteric realm. The more the universe entangles me with self-centered narcissistic or even just rude people, the more I gravitate towards this other dimension and detach from those that no longer serve me. Right or wrong, that's how it all started. And I am infinitely thankful for that. For it was out of that, that all this was born.

In 2019, Lisa lost her son to suicide. While trying to navigate her grief, she created the Solace Cards and Solace Journal to help other parents going through the same thing. She will be adding more decks in the future to the Solace line such as a deck for partner loss, for teens, for police officers and the rest have not yet been revealed. I didn’t have any idea how values-driven I was until much to the dismay of my husband I made a couple of very bold and seemingly impulsive decisions regarding my career. In other words, I walked out of not one but two well paid corporate jobs without another one to go to!
Fast forward to the present day when I now know that values were and always have been at play in my decision making. This is why I now enjoy coaching and mentoring others to discover and live their core values every day whether I am doing my day job in corporate consulting or working with one of the three charities where I volunteer as a non-executive director.

I have always loved music since I got my first record player aged 12 and if I am not at a gig at a small venue in my beloved Manchester I can often be found dancing in my kitchen with Alexa supplying the tunes. My first gig was Orchestral Manoevres in the Dark at the Manchester Apollo and my most recent gig was Hacienda Classical at the Castlefield bowl! There have been many more in between and a big highlight was seeing INXS live in Paris!

I graduated with a B.A. from UCLA and am also certified by Pilates Technique, Inc., the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the Co-Active Training Institute, and Chopra. I have taught thousands of classical mat Pilates classes since 2005 including those at Equinox Fitness Clubs and Spas. Music and dance are my first languages. I find heaven in dogs, plants and trees. My spiritual practice is based in yoga, and I connect with my ancestry through martial arts.

Robin was born in Arlington Heights, Illinois, and is the daughter of an airline captain and a teacher. Her father taught her to be a ‘Possibilitarian’ and her mother taught her to be polite, say yes and to keep her promises.
The ‘Possibilitarian’ in Robin set her up for having grand adventures including getting her Masters Degree in Public Affairs from the University of Washington during which time she interned as lobbyist for the Associated General Contractors. Occasionally, I go really off topic. (When I discover something too good to keep from you.) My ambition is to turn this into my day job. I’m also an initiate of Ati-yoga under the guidance of Wisdom Master Maticintin, founder of HÜMÜH Clear-Mind Buddhism, with whom he has discipled for eight years in the practice and study of meditation and Buddhist logic.
I served as a lead instructor for Langara College’s Yoga Teacher Training program, now teaching between Canada and Costa Rica.
