Self-Helpful

When I am feeling low or not myself, I simply go to my deck, shuffle the cards & pick one or more. The card I choose tends to be exactly what I need at that moment. Always gives me a different perspective or put into practice the suggestion it gives me. Makes me feel a lot better.

A Wonderful and Uplifting Gift for An Ill Family Member or Friend

Often, when we have an ill family member or friend, we want to help, but we don't always know what to do; this can make us feel very powerless when we want to help ease the physical and emotional pain that chronic illness can bring. This deck, Radical Self Care When You Are Ill, is a lovely, gentle and supportive way to help. It teaches important skills that calm emotions; it also teaches new behaviors that can restore well-being. The cards are easy and simple to use and they are clearly written by an expert in minfulness and cognitive behavoral therapy. The focus is restoring ease and finding health, during a difficult time, in the most supportive and gentle way. Each card color has a different focus (e.g. teal = mind, body, spirit; green=physical; blue=emotional; sand=affirmations). We all know the benefits of the mind body connection, positive thinking and physical and emotional support. These are ALL in this deck! Please share this in support of a sick family member of friend. It is an invaulable tool that I highly recommend!

Great tool for coping with Chronic Illness!

This is a great deck! I love the color-coded categories. I especially enjoy using the meditate timer within the deckible app to reflect and meditate on the affirmation for healing cards. I also found many helpful ideas to guide myself into a better place. Dealing with chronic illness is hard, and these cards are a great tool. These cards can really help shift a bad day into a better one.
