1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement”) describe the terms and conditions that apply to Deckible Points Cards, referred to herein as “Points Cards.” This Agreement is between you and Deckible Group Limited (“Issuer”). By purchasing, accepting, using, or redeeming Cards, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with this Agreement, do not purchase, accept, use, or redeem Cards.

Deckible Points Cards (“Points Cards”) can be purchased and redeemed exclusively at www.deckible.com. By purchasing, redeeming, or using a Points Card, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Sales Tax

• Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated and collected at the time of purchase of the Points Card.

• Deck purchases made entirely with Points Cards do not attract sales tax.

• For part-payments using Points Cards, any applicable sales tax will be calculated and collected on the portion paid with other payment methods.

3. Nature of Deckible Points

• Points Cards have no transferable or cash value.

• Points Cards never expire.

• Points Cards may be used for partial payments; however, if the remaining balance required is less than USD $0.50, the points will be adjusted accordingly due to our payment gateway’s minimum transaction requirement of $0.50.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds for unused Points Cards must be requested in writing to support@deckible.com within 14 days of purchase.

• Points Cards that have already been redeemed cannot be refunded.

• Refunds for points used to purchase decks must be requested in writing to support@deckible.com within 14 days of the deck purchase. Points will be credited back to the user’s Deckible points balance upon approval.

5. User Eligibility

• You must be a registered Deckible user to purchase a Points Card.

• To redeem a Points Card that has been gifted or sent to you, you must first create a Deckible account if you do not already have one.

• You must be 18 years of age to purchase and redeem a Points Card. If you are under 18, you must obtain consent from a parent or guardian.

6. Fraud Prevention

• Deckible reserves the right to refuse to honor the Points Card where the issuer suspects the card was obtained fraudulently.

7. Balance Inquiries

• Users can check their points balance under the Points Balance section in the Gifts menu on www.deckible.com.

8. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

10. Changes to this Agreement

• This agreement is between you and Deckible Group Limited. By purchasing, redeeming, or using a Points Card, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.

• Deckible reserves the right to update or modify this agreement from time to time. The latest version will always be available at www.deckible.com/lp-pointscardsterms.
