I'm Anne, a hypnotherapist and Reiki Master and I help stressed pet owners and their pets reset from a state of overwhelm to awaken tranquility and heal holistically so they can have a better quality of life.

My top three values are intuition, compassion and kindness. With a deep connection to animals and a passion for holistic healing, I blend these elements to create transformative experiences for my clients.

Through my practice, I offer hypnotherapy and Reiki sessions that facilitate holistic healing journeys towards inner peace and well-being. I also provide Reiki as a complementary therapy for animals, helping them achieve balance and calm. My clients often describe their experiences as deeply transformative and healing, feeling more centered and at peace after our sessions. The feedback I have received from pet owners regarding their pets after having sessions with me varies - most of them show signs of renewed energy and have become more receptive and trusting towards their owners, strengthening the emotional bond between them.

When I’m not helping others, I love sea swimming all year round and getting creative when I’m in the flow. I also enjoy sound healing and love to use my singing bowl and shamanic drum for personal healing. I also love curling up on the sofa with a good book or watching scary movies.
