Mindful Intelligence Cards are based on the book Mindful Intelligence: and the Making of You, by Tracy Rowan.

Mindful Intelligence books and cards help people apply mindfulness practice to everyday life moments, through attitudes (blue cards), awareness (purple), and action/reactions (blue-green). Trump cards affect the overall impression of the reading.

When on the go, travelling, or in airplane mode, your decks are there with you on your phone to consult about Relationships and Self-Awareness as you develop the habit of applying Mindful practice to all aspects of life.

There are three Mindful Intelligence Card Decks that complement each other. Combine them for more complex readings:

Mindful Intelligence Self-Practice Cards,
Mindful Intelligence Relationship Cards, and
Mindful Intelligence Cartoon Practice Cards.

Use the cards with the book (available at Amazon or your local bookstore), use decks on their own, or use more than one deck in a reading, in the Deckible app.

Each deck is arranged by 52 topics that can be looked up in the book for further information, where topics are listed alphabetically. The Self-Practice and Relationship cards have a reflection for each topic plus 8 trump cards, and the cartoon deck has a cartoon for each topic, and 15 practice cards.

--Use the 15 practice cards (in the Cartoon Practice Cards Deck), to learn how to be "mindful on the move," and train your brain to go beyond repetitive thinking, to focus with more intention. Try different practices while on a walk, or while moving through your day. Through neuroplasticity, the brain can change to more easily focus on what you want (instead of what you don't want).
