And Thomas reminds us that life is made up of OUR choices. And yes, each choice brings consequences; some good and some not so good. Don’t waste energy in a blame or shame game. Own your own choices. If you learn from them, you will never lose.

As Nelson Mandela said, “I never lose. I either win, or I learn!”
