I’m Jennifer Britton, founder of Potentials Realized, a one-stop shop for all things related to group and team coaching, and the evolving world of work. Over the last twenty years we’ve designed and created award-winning tools, books and programs for three client groups – leaders and their teams; entrepreneurs; and coaches. Our card decks here on Deckible are road-tested resources and have been created out of thousands of hours of conversation, coaching and experiential work in organizations around the world – from Fortune 50s, to public sector, to the United Nations.
I created these card decks as something to be used on a daily basis. Many tie into my books (I am the author of seven business books), creating an opportunity for you to learn, reflect and put into practice road-tested tips, tools, and empirically based practices to thive int the evolving workpace,, and entrepreneurial sector, using a coaching approach.
