In addition to Deck Creator, Mary Tinucci wears several professional hats including clinical social worker, clinical social work supervisor, mentor, coach, and social work educator. At Think in Possibilities (her private practice in Minnesota and online) she provides individual and group supervision for LSW-level and LGSW/LMSW-level social workers working toward next-level licensure, career coaching for social workers considering new professional opportunities within and outside of the social work profession, and coaching for those seeking support for their personal well-being. In addition to supervision and coaching services, she creates tools & training for personal well-being and professional development. Mary creates Decks for individual clients, for therapists to use in their practice with their clients, and for group facilitators and supervisors to use in their group work or team meetings.
