They’ve also been embedded with the Sanskrit symbol of Breath, which is associated with the heart chakra. This particular symbol is my own version, made with loving energy. Enjoy discovering where each one is hidden!

As “Breath is Life”, using its power when saying these mantras or meditating with them helps to align the vibration within our own body, mind and spirit. Also, in difficult moments, repeating them while doing intentional breathing can assist and help us through them. They are wonderful tools to have in our spiritual toolkit!
