Her expertise includes leadership development, broadcast journalism/media, public relations, communications, writing and business development. Blanche is the published author of How to Design Your Mind For Greatness and Build Your Best You along with contributing in best-selling series Chicken Soup for the African American Woman's Soul, Tuesday Morning Love, and Girls Guide: How To Be A Sister. Her treatise Sisterhood of Greatness Pledge & Manifesto received award from Sisterhood Agenda at 25th Anniversary ceremony at the Smithsonian Museum of African American History and Culture.
