Pamela Van Nest is The Emotional Confidence Coach.
She respectfully acknowledges that she lives in Ontario, on Michi Saagiig, Anishnaabe lands and the traditional territory covered by the Williams Treaties, Nogojiwanong. She is aware of the privileges of being a cis gender, able bodied, white woman and continues to work to decolonize her practice, staying open to new learning, and sharing her gifts.
She works to empower mature professional women, who do too much for too many, UNLEARN perfectionism and avoid burnout by LEARNING to truly care for themselves.
She leads virtual and personal retreats, group programs and individual coaching.
She is convinced that there is a deep seat of wisdom in each person and that wisdom guided her through many challenges as she began teaching in Maine and continued teaching in Canada.
She has been a student of The Twelve Steps for many years, a gardener a sewist, artist, cross country skier and kayaker. Her family continues to grow and she continues to learn and try new things.
